RCM is a Limited Liability Company based in New Jersey. It was founded in 2009 by Andrew S. Fletcher who also serves as the Managing Member of the firm. Andrew has over 21 years of Trading experience in the Equities Markets as a OTC Market Maker & Institutional Sales Trader with Oppenhiemer & Co., Inc., Ladenburg Thalmann, Bear Stearns & FIMAT USA.
Andy's passion for trading quickly led him to focus on technical analysis. Over the course of his career he has developed specific technical triggers that enable him to acurately pinpoint potential breakouts or breakdowns, pivot points and reversals. In 2009, at the beginning of the financial crisis he opened up Resolute Capital Markets offering this value adding Alpha Generating skill set to his customers. This analysis has proven an invaluable service to many Institutional Investors.
